Just curious... now that the Forge is winding down, what's going to happen to Forge Midwest? Will it continue to be an annual thing? Or disappear?

Hi Mark,

It's definitely not a related issue. "The Forge" isn't an organization, it's just a website. So it's not like there was some corporate entity which put the convention together. "Forge Midwest" is just what Matt Snyder and I decided to call the event, years ago. So there's no reason for alarm - Forge Midwest will continue as long as Willow wants to keep organizing it, and if she doesn't want to, it will continue as long as someone picks up the ball.

Plus, simply to be clear, the Forge (the website) is not disappearing immediately or even soon.

Best, Ron

Good to know!

I suppose Willow will eventually have to find some other venue to for notification and organization, though. I'd be happy to help should that time come.
