Well, the contest hasn't actually started yet, since the ingredients won't be announced until Friday, so I'm not sure how you can have a draft nearly done.
Also, technically, you're not allowed to use any text that you've written before the contest begins, though you can use existing ideas and concepts.

Well, by "coming soon" I probably meant to say "coming as soon as the rest of the rules are up," and by "it's pretty good" I meant "I have what I think is an awesome core concept for a simple RPG system that I will expound upon for this contest." I actually wrote up a preamble listing my design goals, but that's about it.
