Okay, so you can spend Plot Points for new Skills. Is there any way to add Style Points?

(I ask because the section on Styles in character creation says that you start with three Style Points.)

Nope. octaNe characters start with 3 Style points. Meaning, that's how many they start the game with and that's that.

Swapping around is fine, so long as the "one point must be in a suggested Style" rule is adhered to.

In Against the Reich!, swapping Style points between games will be part and parcel of the setting.
