What type of RP is the HeartQuest game? Is it an independant game? I think I read somewhere it is an addon to FUDGE, is it? If not, is it freeform?

Play of HeartQuest is fairly freeform. It uses the FUDGE ruleset, but has complete character and power creation rules and is a complete game unto itself.

Its principal advantages are ease of play, opportunities for inter-playyer and player-to-NPC interaction outside of combat, and an in-depth introduction to a genre that is rapidly growing in popularity in this country.
