Hi Cynthia,

I just thought I'd inform you that CAH has made it to Copenhagen, Denmark -- this afternoon I walked into my FLGS and spotted it on the 'new releases' shelf. Needless to say I immediately bought a copy.

(Nanoreview: It's even better than the .pdf!)
