I'm not Luke, but in his absence, I can tell you he accepts pay pal. I am sure international shipping would not be too much more, but you will need to ask him about that :-)

I do ship to Europe. In fact, I've shipped to Poland, France, Switzerland, Ireland, Great Britain, Italy, Israel and Australia. So I think I can accomodate you.

I accept paypal payments and money orders/bank checks.

International shipping usually costs about 20 USD for Registered Airmail.
