Dark Kingdoms RPG
Hello everyone, I just wanted to let you know about an RPG that I have recently self-published entitled Dark Kingdoms. I have also created my own small publishing company that has helped to get this game into a few stores in Florida already. I hope to expand the knowledge of this fantastic game throughout the country soon, but being the small company that we are, things will start off slow.
I have been working on this game for the past 10 years and taken input from many different players to help bring it about. This game has a wide variety of new playable humanoid races, character professions, and upgradeable skills that allow you to fine tune your character to your liking. The possibilities are as endless as your mind will allow, and yet it is very quick to learn and simple to understand the game mechanics.
The once beautiful world that is the setting for Dark Kingdoms is now crawling with darkness and evil in every shadowed corner, and is waiting to claim its next victim. An ultimate villain that is a race of creatures overtaking the world makes this game exciting and keeps players on edge through every adventure. Do you dare to become a single ray of hope in this seemingly doomed existence?
The battle system is actually fun, employing a unique "real-time" system and Battle Dice(TM) that will get you addicted. For more details about the world and game play, check it out at www.darkkingdoms.com and join the forum for the latest news and updates.
Thank you for your interest, and I hope to hear your input.

Hi Dark,
Welcome to the Forge!
It's obvious from your site that you've put a lot of effort into bringing your creation into being--bravo!
I think your experiences as a publisher would be of great interest and benefit to many of us here at the Forge.
You might find our various discussions and articles to be of use to you, too; I think the calibre of innovative thought here is incredibly high, and your thinking about RPGs and the act of role-playing may well expand, even without focusing on the excellent theoretical ground that's been laid.
Best,
