How to use the Conventions forum
Hello, and welcome.
This forum exists for the purposes of coordinating efforts of play and exhibition at conventions. You should post here for any of the following:
1. You are attending a convention and plan to play one or more independent games. You might be seeking some support or promotional material from the authors, or you might be seeking some help from potential fellow players.
2. You are exhibiting at a convention and would like to help other publishers by presenting their games as well. This forum is ideal for working out mutual-exchange deals for this purpose.
3. You are exhibiting at a convention and would like suggestions for having maximum impact via sales or play. The combined resources and experience of fellow posters can be very helpful to everyone.
However, this is not an announcement or advertising forum for conventions. A convention will be sufficiently "announced" by its inclusion in #1-3 above with appropriate links. If you aren't doing #1-3 above, then don't post about an upcoming convention; this forum doesn't operate as a bulletin board or magazine page.
Best,
Ron
