Looks mostly good.
Page 9, Table 1 for the Scavs, the only words are:
"10 mo"
"r s axe"
what's it supposed to say?
Also: no opposed rolls, right? Just black vs. white (+ red when appropriate?)

Table 1 is supposed to say 9mm pistol+10 ammo or fireman's axe.
Also: no opposed rolls, right? Just black vs. white (+ red when appropriate?)Correct.

Is the "only certain letters appearing" thing a problem with the pdf, or with my system?

If you're referring to the first box in the "starting gear" table, the problem seems to be the pdf. While the rest of the text is difficult to read in places, the missing letters in that box is the only real error I noticed.

What sort of feedback are you looking for JS?
Whether or not it's a good idea to make games based on the most B of B movies? ;-)

Mainly looking for feedback on both the setting (as a campy post-apoc) and the system.

Hmmm- you know, I'm not well-grounded in the campy post-apoc genre, but I somehow like the system very much, and get the feeling that you did a decent job of capturing the genre pretty well.
