Finding ways to promote a new license

I have a license deal to annoucne for Seraphim guard and I'm looking for the proper place to do so. I'm going to be doing it next week to concide with an announcemnt on the licensor's website, but I'm trying to figure out if there is anything beyond the GPA Press release sevrer I need to do to get my announcement in the press.

Also, I'm trying to figure out a way to start a fan network website to support my game line, incluidng a fully functioning BBS 9including e-mail ntofiication) and a Hero Central-like online play server (something which would be perfect for my line, which is in itself perfect for online play). I'm trying to figure out which bulletin board software to use -- what does the Forge use and how much did the license cost, he asks hopefully?

Finally, when the Seraphim fan Network does get up and running, I hope a lot of you join. We could use activity, and I can;t help but feel that there's a lot that can be done with something like this even though it represents a substantial investment.

The license I've been talking about

I can finally officially say that what we got was the right to publish The Kevin & Kell Roleplaying Game, which we are expecting to release near the end of 2004. I'm still trying to figure out the best ways to promote this license, as well as the best places to do so, so I am open to any suggestions any of you may have.
