Okay, I've since hammered out the Preliminary Game design (thanks, Mike!), and put the thing up at a webpage. I haven't linked to it from my main site, so it's a secret I'm sharing with the Forge right now.
It's missing Examples, an Afterword (with proper credits to everyone), and whatever people want to see more of.
Anyhow, let me know what you think of the current rules!

Hmmm, no replies. This game looks kinda amusing. I will have to try to spring it on my group. I'll tell you what the results were. Probably won't get to it until after the holidays, tho.
