At last i got a copy of TROS and OBAM. Having the same experiences with old fashion game mechanics like Jake describes in the afterword of TROS i was blown away by the new flavor that TROS brings into roleplay. I really appreciate your work guys!

Now i just hope i can convince my players to switch from rolemaster to TROS ... should not be to hard

p.s.: any guys from austria or germany around here ?

Thanks!

There are a few Germans floating around here. Where in Germany/Austria are you?

Jake

Hallo De profundis,

ich komme aus Deutschland, Rheinland-Pfalz. Willkommen!

Sorry for the others in the forum. Next posts will be in English again.

Oooh! I wanna try and translate!

"I come from Germany, Rheinland-Pfalz. Welcome!
I have owned TROS and OBAM for about 3 months. Have been playing RPGs for about 17 years and I find that it's the best, most accurate and realistic roleplaing game on the market. Over here, btw, it was very easy to persuade my gaming group to go from D&D to TROS. Except for one player we were all very excited by the system.

Sometimes I am also a GM for the Alternity Star-Drive setting.
Have fun playing TROS!"

I wanna have some use for those horrible German lessons...
