That's really a question for Clinton, but if the Forge is still hosting through Dreamhost, as I recall they were, there were major problems with "severe network degradation" on one of their routers for most of today, which took down service to their hosted sites.

That would explain why I wasn't able to get on the other day...  I thought it was my computer that was giving me troubles.

Dreamhost had a denial of service attack on one of their routers yesterday, resulting in downage for all servers there.

I've been wanting to move the Forge to my own server, which should prevent this from happening again. Don't expect to see that until May or so, though.
