Wow. Reading along it made perfect sense, but I'd never have expected it.
I noticed that he did the NPCs up ahead of time, rather than mushing proto-NPCs into form at the moment. Do you think that's a plus-- he had an vision of the NPCs, so why not stat them out early? It sounds like it worked out fine.
And I agree with the posters in those threads-- Paka and Daniel run (and write up) impressive games.
