[DitV]Where's the town with "Brother Jeffs and his Harem?"

Over a year ago I got to play (up to now) my only game of Dogs (look here:
http://www.indie-rpgs.com/forum/index.php?topic=14479.0
for the result). Before this years HolmCon, Matthijs had ordered some games for those of us that didn't have paypal accounts and so I finally got myself a copy of Dogs (along with PtA and TSOY). Now I want to GM but I want to use a finished town for my first game. The town we used then grabbed me, so I thought I'd use it, but haven't seen it among your resources. Anyway looking forward to GMing this soon.

Reading back through that thread, I'm disappointed that nobody wrote up Colorado City Branch (iii), where it's pride: the girls of the town have decided that if they can't marry bro Jeffs, they won't marry anyone.
Anybody?
