Tony can't coordinate this year, so I am belatedly stepping to the plate. Please indicate if you are available and willing to work the IGX booth at the con. I'm running a lot of games, as well as bringing my 9-year-old daughter along, so I will need lots of assistance.
The booth will be going up Friday morning and run through Sunday. Once everyone chimes in with availability, I will post a schedule.

I'm willing, certainly, but I haven't entirely scoped out when I'm playing and when I'm not. I'd bet Rob could pitch in too, though I doubt he's aware of this thread. I'll point him at it.
I'm game. I'll throw details shortly.
-Rob D.
I'm totally onboard. Tell me what to do.
We'll be showing up Friday around 1, I'm running Shock: at 2 (cutting it a little close, aren't we? Yes, we are.), then again at 8 on Saturday.
I want to play some other stuff, too, of course, but I'll work that around booth responsibilities.
I'm not selling anything, but if you have a hole you need filled, please let me know.
If you want the booth running on Thursday, I'll pitch in to set up, sell, and break down, even if I have to do it by myself. Thursday is the only free time I have at the convention. I live in Jersey, so getting the stock shouldn't be all that hard.
I will be there on Thursday. I can aid with booth setting up and staffing then or on Friday morning, whichever it ends up being (if there's a possibility of getting it set up on Thursday evening stock-wise, I think it would be worth pursuing). I'm available to staff anytime I'm not running a game. IOW, I am not available to staff Thursday 8-12; Friday 8-12; Saturday 9-1 and 8-12.
I will be there on Friday afternoon and should be available on:
Saturday afternoon and morning is looking good for me. I am up late the night before but I could drag-ass out of bed if I have to be.

I have a game to run Saturday at 2 but I am more than happy to take time before that.
I'll be around Fri afternoon through Sunday morning. Sign me up.
OK, I need people to volunteer for specific times. I was thinking we'd have the booth open from 8:00 or 9:00 am to 8:00 pm. I'm running games Friday afternoon and all day Saturday, so those times absolutely must be covered.
Let me know if you can do a two-hour or four-hour block at the following times (I'll be taking some myself):
Friday 8:00-10:00
10:00-12:00
12:00-2:00
2:00-4:00
4:00-6:00
6:00-8:00
Saturday 8:00-10:00
10:00-12:00
12:00-2:00
2:00-4:00
4:00-6:00
6:00-8:00
Sunday 8:00-10:00
10:00-12:00
12:00-2:00
2:00-4:00
Give me Saturday from 8 to noon.
I can do Friday 10-noon easily, with maybe a "fuzz factor" on the hours around that. Earlier, if I get up & get breakfast early enough, and later, if I can bribe someone to bring me lunch. :)

I'm sure lunch can be arranged. The convention staff actually bring lunch around to folks who are stuck behind booths or are running games at noon, at least they have in the past.
Critical times left to fill:
Friday: 2:00-6:00
Saturday: 12:00-6:00
Sunday: 10:00-2:00
I can do Friday 2-6.
I'll take Saturday 2-6, no prob.
Here's what I have so far:
Friday 8:00-10:00 Brennan Taylor
10:00-12:00 Fred Hicks
12:00-2:00
2:00-4:00 Bret Gillan
4:00-6:00 Bret Gillan
6:00-8:00
Saturday 8:00-10:00 Judd Karlman
10:00-12:00 Judd Karlman
12:00-2:00
2:00-4:00 Nathan Paoletta
4:00-6:00 Nathan Paoletta
6:00-8:00 Brennan Taylor
Sunday 8:00-10:00 Brennan Taylor
10:00-12:00
12:00-2:00
2:00-4:00 Brennan Taylor
Go ahead and push me out to 2pm. I'm sure I can muscle Rob or Matt into grabbing me something for lunch. :)
And I can work until 8 on Saturday if, similarly, someone can grab me some food.
Friday, I mean.
Let me take the Friday 12-2 and 6-8 slots instead. -- Bill
Put me down for Saturday 12-2.
Great! Looks like we're all covered except for Sunday. I missed the seminar last time, and I would like to go this time, otherwise I can cover on Sunday. Any volunteers available?
Well. Somehow, I stopped getting notification of this thread. Crap.
I think that means I'm boothsitting instead of being at the seminar. If someone else doesn't care about the seminar, I'd really like to participate.
I'll be at the booth a whole lot, of course.
I can certainly pass on the seminar. Not really my kind of scene. And I, too, have been lax about signing up for some booth-sitting. So what time-slot is officially mine?
OK, here's the schedule:
Friday 8:00-10:00 Brennan Taylor
10:00-12:00 Fred Hicks
12:00-2:00 Bill White
2:00-4:00 Bret Gillan
4:00-6:00 Bret Gillan
6:00-8:00 Bill White
Saturday 8:00-10:00 Judd Karlman
10:00-12:00 Judd Karlman
12:00-2:00 Emily Care
2:00-4:00 Nathan Paoletta
4:00-6:00 Nathan Paoletta
6:00-8:00 Brennan Taylor
Sunday 8:00-10:00 Brennan Taylor
10:00-12:00 Tony Lower-Basch
12:00-2:00 Tony Lower-Basch
2:00-4:00 Brennan Taylor
Joshua, we're all covered, but if you'd like to stick yourself in there somewhere let me know.
Well, why don't I just be around a lot and take over when I'm needed. It's pretty much my plan anyway.

Because that has lead to Brennan and Tony getting shafted.
Going in with a plan is smart, methinks.
Uh, when's the seminar? Is it 12-2 or 2-4? Tony, you want to give me your first shift?
Sorry to stomp in, but Joshua, your plan is fine. We have the booth fully covered and I will designate you as a backup for the hours you are around, and you can spell folks here and there so they can get food or whatnot. What Judd means is that no schedule meant me and Tony (mostly Tony) getting stuck on the booth the whole time, but we have a schedule this time out and you can operate as a floater when available.
Brennan, Joshua et al., I must regretfully hand over even my one measly slot to you folks. I have a family funeral to attend, and now instead of getting two days at Dreamation I will be getting zero days at Dreamation. Bad news on all sorts of levels.
It is, but I'm glad to support you for this.
Brennan, put me down for Tony's hours, if you would.
I'm putting together a one-sheet Indie Games Explosion handout, to centralize all the info on the game sessions, as well as a take-away for publisher and IPR info. Right now it will contain a (condensed) event description for each event, laid out in an easy-to-reference manner; publisher websites; IPR info; and some links for Independent Publishing Discussion and Resources (the Forge, Story-Games, anywhere else?); and a "what is the indie games explosion?" blurb. And probably a Go Play icon on there somewhere.
Was/is anyone else doing something like this? I don't wanna step on anyone's toes. I think it will be neat, and will post mock-ups when they're decent.
