What's the process if PCs want to accomplish something with cooperation (like lifting a heavy object, or building a sophisticated computer)? I'm unable to find the official rules.

The first PC uses a skill to attempt the task, rolling 4dF+skill against the numeric obstacle. That PC then spends Fate Points and tags Aspects to improve the roll. Other PCs help by spending Fate Points and tagging other Aspects to also improve the roll.
