How do I purchase a copy? I cant seem to find the link to purchase the PDF!

Alas and alack,

We've pulled EAK offline because Key20 will be publishing the print version and releasing it in March 2004. I know that is a terrible six months or so to wait, but it shall be worth it. It will retail at $15. Check out the key20 website for all the cool stuff - www.key20.com

Whoops. My unfortunate mistake. I've been getting book prices and page counts wrong lately. It's odd.

$20 is still one HECK of a deal. :)
