Note sure if I have the right forum for this, but...

Since The Forge noticibly lacks a general industry discussion forum, I figured I'd give this a shot. I nosing around trying to find if and where copies of Le Mon Mouri are still (or were ever) available.

I ordered one from Memento-Mori a long while ago, but apparently the game was still being distributed by the author and merely marketed through Jared. Something was... err... out of place on the distributor's end and I ended up picking up some Memento-Mori products instead.

And then, almost immediately after that, all Le Mon Mouri info online disappeared. Jared stopped marketing it. The author... well... wasn't answering many email to begin with. Forum posts dropped off. I mean, it was like the game was 'undone' overnight.

So? Is it still around and, if so, where can one pick up a copy?

Sean decided that he didn't have the time or energy to devote to the game -- I didn't want the responsibility for problems on his end so we amicably parted ways.

Sean's one of my best friends. He actually asked me recently if I wanted to take the game off of his hands, but I don't have the time, energy or drive to do anything with it. The game is something of a sore point with him. Due to some family complications, he wasn't able to fulfill some orders for the game, and he still feels bad about that. But if you really want, I could see if he has any copies of the game lying around.

Joshua,

That would be great! When you find the time, if Sean still has some copies kicking around I'd be interested in procuring one. I've heard a lot of good stuff about the game and in terms of subject matter it sounds as though it would be right up my alley (which is why I was disappointed when I couldn't obtain a copy wayback when). Feel free to email at jdrakeh@softhome.net or PM me here after you talk to Sean. Thanks!
Sincerely,
