Kayfabe Adventure Style

I'm working on some new stuff for Kayfabe and had an interesting idea I'd like people's opinion on.  I want to give players the option to play Kayfabe like a regular RPG in addition to the standard mode.  It would be something like a saturday morning cartoon type of thing like Mucho Lucho or the old Hulk Hogan cartoon.  Maybe like Scooby Doo.

I don't want to design new rules for the game to facilitate this idea.  Instead, I would like to suggest different systems that might convert easily while not hindering the standard Kayfabe rules.

Any Suggestions?
