Fleeing Combat

Hello everyone.
SA issues were dealt with before session two and now that session two is history, things are starting to move forward really nicely. I'll try to get something up about actual play after about session three.
We talked through a few issues, with some help of previous posts, so thanks again. What we haven't found a way to deal with is fleeing from combat. I'll try to explain without going into the minute details of our specific situation.
Once one is engaged in combat, how can they disengage from it and flee? It seems once a full evade happens the aggressor can just throw a red die again, move or charge and combat is restarted. Are we missing something or is there a way to flee?
Related to that, is there a mechanic in place to deal with wanting to do a non-combat action
during
combat (showing someone an amulet, grabbing something from a pouch on your hip, etc.)? I don't expect this to come up in actual play, but the question was raised and I'll pose it.
Thanks in advance for any responses.

I think once you've thrown a full evade, you're probably out of there. The full evade lets you disengage from combat more or less. You might require two full evades in a row or a full evade plus a terrain roll the first time around. The terrain roll would let you maneuver into position to flee. The evade would let you start. The aggressor might make a terrain roll to corner you ....or some thing..NT

Aye, I'd make a terrain roll. If you succeed over your opponent, then you're "fleeing". At that point, use the racing and chasing rules in Book 5.

I usually let one full evade separate distance wide enough that we switch to movement contests should one decide to start running (terrain pending, of course).
