Publishing on Cd

Would anyone know of anywhere you can get cd's to publish your book that you can an emblem put on the cd. Lulu no longer offers their cd service so that option is gone.

I know I'm going to get chastised for this but: Cafe Press. they recently started expanding their services to books and cds. book publishing is roughly the same as Lulu, although perhaps with unresolved copyright questions. cds can be any cd image -- audio, vcd, or data cd. this includes printing logos on the cd, a four-page booklet/insert, and of course the standard Cafe Press fulfillment services.

I haven't checked their website recently, so I'm not sure if anything has changed, or if options have been eliminated or expanded.
