Fine Weapons

I see in the Chargen Software there is the chance to buy fine weapons, and in the example of combat one of the characters has a ATN 5 sword whichs is stated as being very fine.

I've scoured the book in all the obvious places and the index and can't find any other mentions of fine weapons or ATN for fine weapons.

Any clues?

I don't have the book handy, but look in the world section just before the equipment area. I believe they mention the concept of fine, quality and munitions grade weapons there.
