...I wanted to post some photos of my armour anyway.  I know it needs polished, and there are a handful of minor inaccuracies, but just the same, I'd like some opinions...

Not talking from the standpoint of a felow Harnishefechter, but from the point of a fellow swordsman.

Couters could be bigger, maybe a bit more cover and some overlap for the rerbraces and vambraces? The gardbrace is about right down the arm, but maybe get a bit more overlap on the breastplate. Are you wearing an arming jack under there? If you are, look into sewing some maille onto the crutches of the arms maybe? Also, what about a heum, maybe a sallet? Don't forget a gorget/bevor!

And I know this is something you will want to seriously think about. A few weeks ago I was sparring with a fellow at my schül and I used Lichtenauer's verse on fighting high to low and bean bagged a guy pretty bad (I was aiming for his upper inner thigh, but the sparring sword bounced).

:#

So maybe get a cod piece and some maille there too...

It's not really my preference in harnische, but it is a pretty good suit. Milanese?
"Don't fight your opponent's sword, fight your opponent. For as you fight my sword, I shall fight you. My sword shall be nicked, your body shall be peirced through and I shall have a new sword".

Cool, same style as my harness.
Hehe yeah you gotta watch out, sparring in armour is more dangerous than without if you do it right!
