I was reading through my latest issue of Realms of Fantasy last night, and was surprised to find a review of Sorcerer and Sex in Realms of Fantasy. It was brief, fairly vague, but favorable. Has anyone else seen this?

Hello,

Realms of Fantasy has reviewed all the Sorcerer books, and they've been a valuable promoter. I figured that all the Sex & Sorcery reviews would be a little bland - you either have to go one way or the other, with this book - but I also greatly appreciate the mag's support for the last four years.

Best,
Ron

Ah.. Good to know. Realms of Fantasy has been one of my favorite mags for a while, though it's a bit hard to get ahold of, until recently I broke down and got a subscription. It did seem like the reviewer was more than passingly familiar with Sorcerer, so it doesn't surprise me to learn that they've reviewed 'em all.

Without getting explicit, I think the review did a good job of telling readers what they'd be getting out of the book. I currently only own the core book to Sorcerer, not yet having had occasion to play, but the review definitely piqued my curiosity about this newest supplement.. Not that I expected anything less than excellence from ya, Ron.

I have been an RoF subscriber for a few years now (great mag), and it was actually their reviews of Sorcerer and &Sword that finally convinced me to pick up the books. Which led me here. Which led me to beg in on a game. Which led me to Ron. Which led me (if I can keep my sh!t together this year) to the Forge booth at GenCon. So I guess I have RoF to thank for all of that ^_^
