I came up with a little mini-setting for TROS that might interest some of y'all:

Obviously, chargen would have to be modified somehow to match this, perhaps by eliminating a couple of sets of priorities entirely. What I like about it is it allows people to get a feel for the combat system with no consquences, yet it emphasizes the SAs.
