Ok, so I have set making my variant of the pool. Most of my games features some kind of dramatic devices, and this will be no exception. My title for it as it stands is "The Pool of Fire" since it borrows from my earlier post:

This pool variant incorporates: GM-less play. More defined characters.

The rules are mostly done. However I feel stuck. I'm sure it somewhat because of the funky separation between parts 6, 7, and 8. There has to be a better way to organize those sections.

Mostly I'm wondering if its wise to make the current GM also the focus of the main plot point? Also if the gambling pool dice element should be instated? I want to write the specifics for using roll successes for introducing new plot points or fires but I find I'm at a loss...
