Just wondering if/when those of us who signed up through the booth can expect convention guides and such, or if we will be picking them up onsite. I know they mailed them out early last time I went, but I don't remember how early, so I'm not sweating it, just curious.

Hi Nev,
Well, the signers-on at the booth aren't actually known to Gencon at all. They don't have your names, addresses, companies, games, or anything. You are a GenCon-ghost, with an exhibitor badge associated with this one booth and its GenCon-corporeal companies (the four main sponsors).
So ... what that means, is that we have to inform all you guys about what to do and where to go, right here. And this is a pretty good thread for this purpose, so thanks for starting it.
Oh yeah - and everyone, do check out the GenCon website for all the necessary public/general info.
Best,
Ron

Okay, well, that answers that.
I would like a con guide tho, so I can plan for the few booths I do need to visit. I'll go check the site and see if I can get one from them.

I'm pretty sure they don't mail books anymore.
