im not quite sure how to figure this stuff out.  I tried to do some mock combat with like 6 or so people. 3v3 and i stuck them in an arena.  But i didnt know how to decide who moved first.  If you follow me.

I usually apply common sense first, in other words, who is closer to who and moving where. If you have two groups chargng eachother, ask them where they want to go and how fast and then use movement to see which combatants meet first. This is vital also since you have terrain rolls and what not. Then if you have combatants meet siumltaneously then you can have them fight in order of reflex and go until the dramatic pause offers an opportunity to move to the next fight and so forth. I hpe that helps. Others here could probably explain better. My final bit of advice is to use Mini's to keep a visual of where everyone is at.
