While I share Mike's enthusiasm for exploring these topics in some detail these thread topics may be a bit of putting the cart before the horse.

Perhaps we should ensure that all visitors of this forum have the same version of the rules in front of them and a little time to digest and perhaps even play before we strike too deeply into the discussion.

But it is a good idea to throw out some discussion points in advance for people to keep in mind as they review.
