Forge Bookshelf Problems

Sorry to make my first real post one about a problem, but it appears that I no longer have an account at the bookshelf.  Since I purchased Paladin and Octane, that'd be a small problem in my book.

Is there any way I can get my status as having purchased those games back?  I do not have any of the electronic receipts left from when I purchased the games.

Clinton posted an update about this in The Forge Bookshelf and problems, which should give you what you need to know.

To re-instate your membership, each publisher will probably be happy to re-authorize you. Email them and it should be pretty easy. Also, maybe Clinton has hit upon an easier solution by now (he's kinda clever that way), so check with him too.
