I've been meaning to post about this Paranoia XP press release for a while now (actually the first release of the two; the second is highly amusing but not as intellectually intriguing). I emailed Allan Varney about the process of doing a design driven by fan input and he had a number of interesting things to say about this & its similarities to the evolutionary design open licenses enable; I'll ask him to post some of 'em here.

I'd also be curious to hear how this process is like & unlike online design via the Forge forums, as I don't know nearly as much about that as I might wish.
