[DitV] Automatic NPC generation

I know it doesn't take forever and it isn't rocket science, but I cooked up an Excel spreadsheet that generates a batch of six NPCs as per Vincent's instructions in the game.  I figured I might as well post it in case anyone else likes having tools like this.
