There seemed to be quite a bit of confusion about the mechanics of Delphian Tides, both here and other places. I'm attempting to clean this all up with better examples, and refined ideas. How does this mechanics section look and read:

I think it covers all the basics clearly and vividly, but I'm biased given my position as it's writer.

I didn't see information in the new mechanics section about where Fire comes from. Or was that supposed to stay in the character creation section?
