I'm about to start playtesting a game that I've designed here in Sacramento, CA. Does anyone know of a good website or list that can help me find players? The only option that I've persued is bulletin boards at local game stores and people at my work. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

In my experience, gaming clubs and conventions seem to be the best ways to find playtesters.  A lot of people use both things as a way to find new games and players, so they're often in a transition state that makes them more open to playtesting.

I don't know about gaming clubs around Sac (but I'll bet there are some), but I do know that there used to be two good-sized gaming conventions a few years ago when I still lived in CA.

http://go.to/conventions is an excellent place to find conventions.

Hit up the "Looking for Players" Forum at:

http://www.flamesrising.com

Some great players hang out on the boards and could give you some decent feedback. Shoot me an e-mail and I'll see if I can get some of my minions to give it a run...
