Couple of Key questions

1.  Can a character buy out their last Key, leaving them with none?

2.  Are most people playing with a finite number of Keys in their games, or are they constantly adding new Keys?

3.  Has anyone considered rules for obtaining a Key that has already been bought out?  I know this goes against the basic gist of the system but it occurs to me that in some cases it might be appropriate.  I was thinking of something like the Key of Tribe, where a character might leave the tribe for some reason.  Later, after severe trials and tribulations by the character, he is given the chance to once again be a member of the tribe.  This is a fairly common theme in Fantasy and it would be interesting to apply here.

1.  Hell if I know!  The rules don't appear to prevent it, but it's probably not a good idea since the character would only earn 1-3 XP from Key Scenes while other players rack up the experience by turning their regular keys.

2.  Presumably the number of keys is potentially nfinite.

3.  There's precedent for this under the Ratkin Species Keys.

James answers all questions correctly. To be specific, though, you couldn't join the same tribe. There's no precedent for that.
