So what is the best way to get your game into the local game stores?

I've heard that the big distributors don't want to deal with you unless you have 3 books and can demonstrate a track record of sales.  Is this true?

I've also heard that many game stores won't buy a rpg unless it has the D20 logo.  Any thoughts on this?

Anyone have some advice for getting a book into gamestores?

Hello Mark,

Please be more concrete. What game are we talking about? When you say "Your," it isn't a useful distinction. The answers vary too widely.

And furthermore, literally dozens of threads have addressed this issue here in this forum. Please do some browsing of titles to find them.

Best,
Ron
