Satanis: Diceless

hey guys, i'm looking for ways to improve Empire of Satanis and make it more Narrative with Director Stance. that's the RPG jargon that fits in with what i'm looking for.
in my own words, each Player has creative control over the story's events roughly equal to the GM. Let's say, each Player has a 49% creative control vs. the GM who has about 51%. So everyone has the opportunity to write and direct what happens in the game. The Players and GM must cooperate or be completely at odds, making play impossible. I suggest some kind of compromise if an extreme difference of opinion appears; either some combination of both events happen, or they agree that the GM's direction occurs now and then the Player's direction of the game occurs next or later.
the following essay is something i've been working on. playing Empire of Satanis without dice and influenced by the Amber Diceless Roleplaying Game. the situations illustrated in most of my examples are player vs. player. i was trying to look at what might be the GM's most difficult task: adjudicating between antagonistic, opposing players.
a future supplement or revision of the game would include more creative and cooperative examples and rule suggestions.

is the main essay.

the first couple paragraphs before additional game background.
thanks for your perspective in advance, D

i'm working on a whole new book for Satanis: Diceless. about 200 pages worth, a lot of it is suggestions and examples for diceless, narrative, director stance play. anyone that has used the Amber Diceless game as a template for other games, come up with their own narrative diceless game, or has some advice... please let me know. a fresh perspective would be cool.
i would also love to have someone, besides myself, play Empire of Satanis without dice. anyone interested, just let me know.
