Okay, I thought some of you would want to see this site:

I'm using them for a product (haven't yet seen the final version but I have seen their samples) and the prices are low enough I thought it best to share.
32-page B&W comic with color cover is $1.15/copy -- for 1-999 copies. When we did Pokethulhu we charged $5.95 so the above price is actually good enough to move some copies through distribution.
The one thing I don't like is that the covers are the flimsy comic kind and not cover stock.
Another option is

who are more expensive but still worth looking at.
Anyway, just thought I should share.
