Graphic Arts favor

Have a small graphic arts favor to ask of those so inclined-

For Final Twilight, my artist constructing my box and icons made my box face and included artwork in the "blank" area. I didn't think about it at the time (almost a year ago) and have since been unable to reach him :S

If its not a hassle, I was wondering if someone here could clear out the artwork in the lower portion of the box face, so I could possibly drop artwork behind it for other boxes? I lack the tools to properly clean it out, unless I go pixel by pixel in MSPaint.

Someone good with vector art could probably do a cleaner job, but this should be adequate.
