Question about Resources going from 0 to 1

What is the aptitude requirement for Resources? I'm unable to find any in the main rulebooks. Personally, I'm leaning toward 10 - Circles, with Affiliation and Reputation adding to Circles if they're relevant.

that would imply practicing Resources. Which I never really thought of. Currently you don't practice, you make Resources tests to maintain your lifestyle. These tests count toward advancement if successful.

Edit: And... everyone is assumed to have Resources. It's not like a skill you need to pick up. It's a special ability that all characters have access to.

In order to go from 0 to 1 is pretty straight forward, though. Someone loans you some cash (in other words, someone gives you a die), you pass an Ob 1 Resources test and you advance.
