Compare the feel of this to the feel of IGO.  Its a success story for the RPG community, in my opinion.  Look at the differences in goals, in presentation.   No, its not going to attempt to get folks to give away their intellectual property rights so that a few gamers can attempt to sustain a living (as officers of a NPO) trying to publish new copies of old games.   {I refuse to believe this isn't in the back of the heads of the people who came up with the idea, even if their ideal is "if you won't publish it any more, please give it away"}.  But I'd dare say that the goals the BWR hopes to achieve will provide a much greater service to the gaming community, if they are ever successful.
