Is there a way to search for all Threads started by a poster?

The wild card does not seem to work in the "search for" field.

Thanks

On the personal page about that poster there is a "View most recent posts" button (or something close to that phrasing), which will give you (I think) everything they've written in reverse chronological order.  Will that do the trick?

Hey Tony,

Thanks for taking the time to reply!  Actually, I had already tried that route, but the basic issue remained.  I would have to slog through every post trying to find the thread I was seeking.  My thought is that it would be easier to scan through 50-60 thread titles started by a given poster than dig through, in some cases, thousands of posts.

For whatever reason the new search feature requires something in the "search for" box as well as the author box.

If you put something ridiculously common in that box (such that EVERY post will have one) like a period or just the letter "a"...it will basically pull up all posts by that person within whatever date range specified.

Unfortuneately the "highlight search word" feature is on, so trying to actually read the posts with every period highlighted gets obnoxious.  But once you find the post you're looking for you can always narrow down the search criteria and find it again with fewer highlights.
