That's okay, this kind of nonsense happens all the time when setting something like this up.

If we do it at my house, it's going to have to be saturday night, because I'll need friday night and saturday morning to get the house cleaned up.

Ok.  Is there anyone not able to attend at Vaxalon's place?  Or could you attend if someone assisted you with transportation?

i could pick up someone at the metro station in Fairfax.

If i don't have to pick up anyone, i will show up early/stay late to help with setup/cleanup.

As I said, I won't schlep to Manassas.  No big deal.  Have fun without me!

I can do either place. Manassas is only 15 minutes further than Herndon for me.

i'd be glad to let people meet at my apartment and then i'd drive a group to Vaxalon's house.  That will save you guys some gas and driving, even if it doesn't save you much time.

My apartment just isn't big enough or equipped for more than just a few visitors.  If you have a big old gaming table and if every one brings a chair and we don't mind having only one room, we could do it.  But it would be cozy.

Just to remind everyone, 'cause I know I was confused: Despite the title of this thread, the current plan is to meet on Saturday, September 24. (See here for original clarification).

NEWS FLASH[/color]
i have a new possible location for us.  It is a brand new house, very large, barely lived in, totally clean and in a nice area if we want to get grub.  There will be tables and chairs and we can play on two different floors.   The guy who owns it and the guy who lives there might be there.  They are not Forgites, but they have tons of gaming experience and are good guys.

Here is the GMap!

It's only a few minutes away from Herndon, just off of 7100.

More room - less distance + two more potential players = very good. If this is definitely available, I'd say go for it. Nicely done.

That's reasonable.  Would that be on the 23rd or 24th?

24 Sep, Saturday.

We have a location!

*sticks in the fork*

Now, lets get to the FUN stuff.  Planning what to play.  We have two areas so we can run two games at once.  Woo hoo!
