Hey, didn't there used to be a button where you could donate funds to the Forge? I can't find it.

Gordon C. Landis

Yeah, the Donate page isn't there at the moment.  As I recall, it just directs a Paypal payment to payments@anvilwerks.com, but maybe that won't work either given Clinton's current chaos.  Man, Clinton, if you need anything right now, just go right ahead and ask!

It's never a bad time to support the Forge, and given what's going on, I'd say this would be a good one.

Guys,

I'm flattered by your concern. Yeah, I need to get up the donate page, but I need to do it while not on dial-up. You can donate money to pay for the Forge (because I kind of can't for a month or two until I get a new non-flooding job) by PayPaling it to payments@anvilwerks.com. Make sure and note it's a donation for the Forge.

Other good ways to do this:
- If you need a website, go with Dreamhost. They rock, really. When asked who referred you, it's "crnixon". They'll knock money off the Forge bill for life.
- Buy an Anvilwerks game. All my proceeds go first to paying for the Forge, then to Anvilwerks.

This is useful to know. Since I recall how competent they were after the Forge was hacked, and their prices are obscenely nice, I've been eyeing them anyway.

This is drifting off-topic, but Dreamhost really is as awesome as it's billed.  If only I knew I could give Clinton a discount when I signed up last year!
