Is there anywhere I can purchase a pdf of Polaris, I am in the UK and am unsure of stockists, a pdf source would be excellent.

There's no PDF version yet. There will be eventually, but I'm not making any promises about time right now.
Where in the UK are you? There is at least one London store that stocks the game.
