Looking for artists... and a translator

I've been working on a personal RPG project for almost two years and I'm looking for artists for some illustration.

As you will see, this is about a multi plot campaign, so I would be looking for multiple artists, in fact, one per plot.

There would be monetary compensation... Well, I guess not as much as it is worth, for the moment...

I'm also looking for a french/english translator. Then again there would be monetary compensation, larger one as it represents a lot of work.
