So, I definately want to go take in a convention or two over the next year.

Does anyone know of any good RPG conventions (or any conventions with a strong RPG component) that take place in British Columbia?

Or possibly Washington, because I'm close to the border...

Hey joe!
Here's a link to a list of Pacific Northwest and Mountain West conventions for 2006:

http://www.sfnorthwest.org/northwestcons.html#cons

All of these are a mix of Science Fiction, Anime, Media, and Gaming cons so you should find something nearby and appropriate.

Enjoy!

Hmmm... that list is missing Gamestorm, Portland, March 24-26, and Dragonflight, Seattle, in August.  Also I believe there is ConFusion at the University of Victoria, maybe in October.

Check out the Vancouver Gaming Guild.  Weathertop is usually in February I think.  The cons are small, but the people are very friendly, and into indies.
