Hi There,

Posting this in the connections forum also, but thought this would be a good place to start.
I am seeking a co-developer with which to collaborate on The Way to Zhang Zhung RPG.

And here is my proposition: I am a professional illustrator and graphic designer by trade, with about 12 years experience and I am willing to work in trade. Help me develop  the text and system for TWZZ and I will help illustrate and design your game. Here are some examples of my work:

– these concept pieces are in a wuxia-pulp-comic style appropriate for TWZZ, and will be going into the game. I am able to produce various other styles.

As you can see I am a competent illustrator and I would therefore like to work with a 'competent' game designer and writer. With competent I mean someone with some experience and knowledge of game design (not necessarily published), but more importantly, would be someone who is enthusiastic about TWZZ and would be fun to work with. This would happen by e-mail as I am not situated in the US.

The reason I am doing this is because I believe in the potential of  TWZZ and from the feedback from my circle I think it can be a great game. It deserves another developer and a better writer. Visually its going to be quite spectacular as I am hoping to use it as a show piece for my illustration and design portfolio, the production standards are therefore top notch.

I am not looking to make money with my game, just get it out (wisely, I am sure). I am aiming at doing approximately 20-40 pages core rules and setting initially, then based on response, expanding it.

The core premise, conflict resolution mechanic and setting structure has been created, but still needs to be refined, streamlined and tested somewhat. I am open to brutal revisions and transformations. So, someone who is willing to make the game their own.

For more info about TWZZ read about the game here : http://www.indie-rpgs.com/forum/index.php?topic=18246.0

The system has seen some change since those posts (most notably the removal of conflict polarity and the introduction of 'stances') but the idea is there
If you are interested in the project please give me a shout to discuss your thoughts. chad@setshaba.com

Best,
Chad
