How long does it typically take IPR to send out dead-tree-format books once you've ordered them?
--I ordered

I've ordered from them several times and it usually something like 10 days or so. I've never had a problem with them in the past, and they are consistantly the mail-order company that I find myself pleased for dealing with them.
